SNSI to address the impact of cybercrime at Charleston Conference 2024

The Scholarly Networks Security Initiative (SNSI) will participate in two key sessions at the 2024 Charleston Conference, addressing the impact of cybercrime within the scholarly community. SNSI’s efforts to protect the integrity of scholarly communication and safeguard institutional data align closely with the concerns of librarians, publishers and research institutions attending the event.

As threats to cybersecurity within the scholarly community rise, collaboration among libraries, IT departments and publishers is critical for developing robust strategies. SNSI’s sessions will underscore the need for collective action to protect research and institutional data.
